And although income is certainly an important factor, it is simply one of the several determining factors which are used by the HUD to find whether the borrower will be able to repay the mortgage....

A 50 year is no better ...While 50 year and even 100 year mortgages may be the norm in Japan, many Americans are already living under the belief they can eventually “own their home” lock stock and barrel with a 30 year mortgage. Online mortgages dispel of this practice as sending information over the Internet can be done much faster and easier. So now, borrowers can stay in the know with the information that is readily available on the Internet....
