Bank of America cut off their wholesale division awhile back, and since they now own Countrywide, ...I am reading the writing on the walls and coming to the conclusion that the days of the Mortgage Broker are probably numbered. Mortgage brokers on the other hand are professionals who are peddlers of mortgage products. They are the ones responsible for bringing together mortgage lenders and their borrowers.
