Guggenheim Capital Markets, LLC , a registered broker/dealer headquartered in New York City and a subsidiary of Guggenheim Partners, LLC, announced today a further expansion of its specialized fixed-income capabilities with the addition of a whole group, led by industry leaders Mary Glass-Schannault and Gretchen Verdugo. The mortgage loan itself is made by a bank, a savings and loan association, a mortgage company, a credit union, or any other lender. For it to become an FHA mortgage loan, the lender would have to be approved by the Federal Housing Administration....
