In other words rates have been volatile with big daily moves either up or down, but over all they are in a tight pattern with mortgage rates hardly changing at all from week to week. We may be about to see a change as mortgage... Another thing is that mortgage brokers can be more resourceful than banks. Because mortgage brokers do not work for only one company, they have more access to mortgages and loans. Greater suitability and better mortgage options are what mortgage brokers bring to their customers....
