Personally, I had the opportunity to lock 10 clients loans at 4.5% interest on a 30 year fixed yesterday…. still others are waiting for another “window” of low rates to lock in. Make your application over the phone with me if ...My advice? When you're on the look out for a new home, you need cash. A lot of it. Most homes today have down payments that are more than what the buyer can afford right then and there. The solution for this? A mortgage....
