AIB has announced increases in its interest rates for borrowers and savers following the quarter-point rise in euro zone rates earlier this month. The bank's standard variable and tracker mortgage rates go up in line with the ECB increase from close of business tomorrow. When you're on the look out for a new home, you need cash. A lot of it.
