On March 31, Fannie Mae sent out new guidelines to lenders intended for walkaways and other foreclosure situations. Fannie will now prohibit foreclosed borrowers from getting another mortgage through the giant investor for five years. ____________________________________________________________________________________ I say to this WOW! What it boils down to is this: The lenders are waiting for the Federal Government to bail them out. When they were clipping borrowers for 9% or 9.5% loans FHA is the Federal Housing Administration. As part of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), one of the chief purposes of the FHA is to help people obtain financing for their homes....
