The Treasury Department auctioned $27 billion in three-month bills at a discount rate of 1.685 percent, down from 1.710 percent last week. An additional $26 billion in six-month bills was auctioned at a discount rate of 1.890 percent, down from 1.925 ... Borrowers can stay involved with their dealings by applying for a mortgage online. With traditional mortgages, lenders may not give out enough information, leaving the borrower practically in the dark throughout the whole process....
