Despite what you see on TV these days, banks are loaning money! I have talked to a few people lately who think they can’t get a because of the current financial ‘crisis’. We have had several closings, and the money for the mortgage has been there everytime so far. We also have other people working their way through the loan process right now. The big difference now is that you have to be qualified for the mortgage. So if you have decent credit and qualify for the price range you Loan officers at a bank or a credit union are employees working to sell and process mortgages and loans for mortgage customers or home buyers like you. Their loan types and mortgage products have several varieties but they all come from one specific originator, their employers....
