I got into graduate schoI love my car. I really identified with this car. It is awesome on gas, a great excuse not to drive everyone at work to lunch and it is cute, sporty and peppy. So we need a different car. I drive a two door sports car and have since I graduated college. I graduated in the top 10 in high school, had a decent academic scholarship for tuition and then my senior year had free room and board for working at the college. I got it as a gift from my parents (hear me out here). Fortunately though, broker's fees, like lender fees, are negotiable. So be prepared to practice you negotiating skills so you can best the best mortgage rate....
