Didn’t think too much of it at this point because my take on price shopping is “I don’t compete for my loans!” For me it comes down to Service, advice and a comprehensive ...I sent my Mortgage Shopper 3 different GFE’s for him to evaluate. There is a wide variety of lending institutions that offer home loans, including savings and loan associations, commercial banks, mutual savings banks, and mortgage companies. The lesson therefore is never limit yourself to just one option when you can have several....
