Fannie Mae and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago today announced a new partnership whereby Fannie Mae will purchase 30- and 15-year fixed rate mortgage loans from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. There is a wide variety of lending institutions that offer home mortgage loans, including savings and loan associations, commercial banks, mutual savings banks, and mortgage companies. should i try for a very small personal loani was told by a loan officer that i need to open 3 lines of credit in my name to be eligible….does this mean it is impossible to get a home loan in the next month ?
